▸What do you need from me to start?
Your tools (accounting platform or spreadsheets), approximate monthly volume, any backlog, and the deadline you care about (e.g., close by the 10th).
▸Do you do taxes?
This site focuses on bookkeeping, monthly close routines, cleanup/catch-up, and reporting. If you need tax filing support, we can coordinate with your tax professional or confirm what’s appropriate for your situation.
▸What does “monthly close” mean here?
A consistent monthly workflow: reconcile, review categories, resolve exceptions, and produce a small deliverable pack (P&L, balance sheet, and notes).
▸How do cleanup/catch-up projects work?
We scope the backlog and expectations first, then work month-by-month to reconcile and normalize categories. You’ll get a stabilization plan so the books stay clean afterwards.
▸Which tools do you support?
Common accounting platforms and exports. If your setup is custom, that’s okay—just describe it in your email and we’ll confirm fit before starting.
▸How do you handle sensitive access?
Access is kept minimal and scoped. If needed, we can discuss read-only roles, separate shared inboxes, and other best practices for your setup.
